Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 7 days of delivery in the same condition as you received it — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and details on where to send your package.
Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
In these cases, return shipping will be covered by us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability and return eligibility conditions.
To ensure faster processing, we recommend returning the item first and placing a new order once the return is approved.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
At this time, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
